Ein Coding Dojo ist ein Treffen, bei dem Entwickler gemeinsam an einer Programmieraufgabe arbeiten mit dem Ziel ihre Programmierfahigkeiten zu verbessern und Spa? zu haben.

Jeweils zwei Entwickler werden immer zusammen an einem Rechner arbeiten (angeschlossen am Beamer). Mit Hilfe von Pair Programming (wobei alle 5-7 Minuten das Paar (aus dem Publikum) gewechselt werden soll) und Testgetriebener Entwicklung wird eine Aufgabe erledigt. Das Ziel ist nicht die Aufgabe selbst, sondern die verschiedenen Fahigkeiten besser kennen zu lernen, die unter dem Uberbegriff Clean Code Developer zusammengefasst sind. Die Aufgaben werden als Coding Katas bearbeitet.

In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Java-Kompetenzteam werde ich den ersten Termin moderieren. Ziel ist, diese Veranstaltung wochentlich zu machen fur die Interessierten, die dann im Hause sind.
